Hoyt AX-2, Hoyt’s flagship aluminum hunting bow for 2025. Featuring redesigned riser geometry, updated limbs and limb pockets, and the highly efficient HBX Gen 4 module system, the AX-2 delivers exceptional accuracy, speed, and stability while remaining incredibly lightweight.

The standout feature of the AX-2 series is its efficiency. With the HBX cam and optimized module system, this bow maximizes energy transfer on every shot, giving shooters higher arrow speeds at every draw length and poundage compared to the previous Alpha X series. Updates to the riser, limbs, and limb pockets also contribute to a smoother draw cycle, making the bow easier to shoot while improving consistency. Despite these upgrades, the AX-2 is a quarter-pound lighter than the legendary Alpha X series.

The AX-2 29 is Hoyt’s shortest-ever aluminum hunting bow, but its compact size doesn’t sacrifice performance. Advanced geometry, cam design, and natural point-of-aim make it easy to group arrows accurately at long distances, overcoming common challenges associated with short axle-to-axle bows. This bow combines portability, speed, and precision into one high-performance package.

This bow is finished in Mossy Oak Bottomland and comes equipped with the HBX G4 #2 mod, adjustable for a draw length of 26.25 to 27 inches, allowing it to fit a variety of shooters while maintaining peak performance.
